The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt snags an October 15th release date

CD Projekt Red’s highly anticipated port of their hit RPG, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has finally locked in a release date for Nintendo Switch. Fans of the franchise will be able to take control of Geralt of Rivia for the first time on a handheld on October 15th, 2019.

The announcement was made in a new trailer and was posted to CD Projekt Red’s YouTube channel along with a 40 minute video highlighting gameplay on Nintendo Switch. CD Projekt Red’s Community Manager Paweł Burza and Wild Hunt’s Lead Quest Designer Paweł Sasko man the controller in the best look yet at The Witcher 3 running on Nintendo hardware. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition bundles the original game, 16 DLC and both the Hearts of Stone, and Blood and Wine expansions into a single package. Those eager to get their hands on the Switch version of the game will be able to pre-order The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition via the official website from today.

Witcher fans don’t have much longer to wait in order to get their hands on the Switch port as The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition is set to launch in just over a month on October 15th.
