Lapis x Labyrinth is getting a Western release on Nintendo Switch in 2019

NIS America has announced that Lapis x Labyrinth will be coming to Nintendo Switch and PS4 in the West. The labyrinth based action RPG is scheduled to release in 2019 as both a digital and physical release.

Pitched as a “high-octane treasure-hunting quest”, Lapis x Labyrinth is an action RPG in which players are tasked with collecting as much treasure as possible. The game features eight unique character classes, powerful bosses, over 100 different monsters, over-the-top visuals, a character stacking mechanic and 4000+ different team combinations. Once enough enemies have been defeated, players will also be able to active “Fever Mode”, unleashing a powerful attack that fills the screen with much-needed loot!

The limited edition Nintendo Switch physical release, officially titled “Lapis X Labyrinth X Limited Edition XL”, will be the only option for those who don’t want to go digital on this one. Along with a physical copy of the game, collectors will also receive a My Labyrinth photo album, Dango Beats music CD, two mini art prints, and Switch exclusive Lapis X Labyrinth poster.

Lapis X Labyrinth will release in the West for Nintendo Switch at some point in 2019. While no official price for the digital version has been published yet, the limited edition set is available to preorder from the NIS America store and is priced at $59.99 USD.
