Saddle up your horses and ready your Joy-Cons, as Call of Juarez: Gunslinger is officially coming to the Nintendo Switch! The long-teased Switch port of Techland’s critically acclaimed Western shooter is set to release on December 10th 2019.
Call of Juarez: Gunslinger is a first-person shooter that puts players in the dusty boots of a ruthless bounty hunter. Set in the Old West, it’s up to you to hunt down legendary outlaws such as Billy the Kid and relive the untold truths of legendary gunslingers.
Whether you choose to dual wield pistols, specialise in shotguns, or prefer to thin out the riff-raff with rifles, Call of Juarez: Gunslinger has got you covered. The upcoming Nintendo Switch version of the game pitches itself as an “enhanced” port, offering players the ability to use the console’s built-in motions controls and making use of HD rumble.
Switch-exclusive features aside, the game also packs traditional bullet-time mechanics, collectible “Nuggets of Truth”, deadly gunslinger duals, and even the ability to dodge bullets.
Call of Juarez: Gunslinger is set to release for Nintendo Switch on December 10th 2019.
No official pricing has been announced as of yet. However, pre-orders for the physical Switch (code in a box) version are currently open on Amazon for $19.99.
