Developer Nord Unit and publisher HeroCraft have announced that their cyberpunk inspired puzzler “Hyperforma” will be coming to Nintendo Switch in 2019. The game will make use of the Switch’s unique hardware features but no official release date or price has been set just yet.

Pitches as a “dynamic arcade puzzle” game, Hyperforma follows the story of an anonymous and lone explorer as he ventures into the Ancient Network left behind by past civilisations. Inspired by the literary works of Dan Simmons and Peter Watts, players will venture through an endless and empty cyberspace to uncover the network’s hidden secrets.

Hyperforma on Nintendo Switch will feature over 80 unique levels, a whole host of in-game hacking, and an all-new 2-player mode (with shared controller support). The Nintendo Switch release is also said to support full HD Rumble, gyroscopic controls, use a completely reworked user interface and have improved colour grading.

While pricing and an exact release date might be lacking, HeroCraft and Nord Unit promise to provide further details at some point in the future. For now, if you’re looking forward to Hyperforma’s Nintendo Switch release later this year, then you can dive into the official teaser trailer included below.
