1. Introduction
1.1. These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) for entering this competition (“MinitToWinIt”).
1.2. By entering MinitToWinIt you confirm that you understand these Terms and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3. If you do not understand or do not agree to be bound by these Terms, then you must not enter MinitToWinIt.
2. Who Can Enter?
2.1. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter MinitToWinIt (or if a minor, must be duly assisted by their legal guardians).
2.2. MinitToWinIt is open to residents of all countries.
2.3. You will not be eligible for a prize if you are a Director, Partner, Employee, Agent, Member, or Sub-contractor of: LootPots, Special Reserve Games, Devolver Digital, or the Minit development team.
2.4. Lootpots and Special Reserve Games shall not be to blame or liable, in any way, for any entry that is not delivered, recorded, or is damaged due to technical errors.
3. How To Enter
3.1. To enter MinitToWinIt, you must draw a picture using the provided app in 60 seconds or less AND post it to twitter using the hashtag #MinitToWinIt.
3.2. To be eligible for the Grand Prize, the drawing must be posted to twitter with the hashtag #MinitToWinIt and the tag @specialreserves.
3.3. Each participant may submit up to 30 different drawings.
3.4. Drawings that contain pornographic, illegal, distasteful, unlawful, threatening, or abusive content will be removed and result in the user being disqualified. In extreme cases, the content may also be reported to the relevant authorities.
3.5. MinitToWinIt will end on May 3rd 2019 at 11:59pm CST - any entries after this time will not be eligible for a prize.
4. Prizes
4.1. The prizes consist of: five copies of Minit for Nintendo Switch, five copies of Minit for PlayStation 4, and every Nintendo Switch game released by Special Reserve Games for the rest of 2019.
4.2. Each participant will only be eligible for one prize and will not receive multiple copies of the same game.
4.3. The best eleven drawings, from separate people, will be awarded prizes - as judged by the LootPots team, Special Reserve Games, and the developers of Minit.
4.4. Winners will be contacted on twitter and shall have 10 days, from the time of contact, to claim their prize.
4.5. If you are a winner and wish to redeem a prize, you agree to share your contact details (including address) with Special Reserve Games.
4.6. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash.
4.7. If for unforeseen circumstances a prize is not available, you may receive a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
4.8. LootPots and Special Reserve Games will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of incorrect or incomplete delivery or contact information.
5. Prohibited Use
5.1. You shall not and will not attempt to draw or submit pornographic, illegal, distasteful, unlawful, threatening, or abusive content in MinitToWinIt.
5.2. You shall not and will not attempt to: modify, hack, reverse engineer, disassemble, redirect away from, intentionally cause downtime of, or cause damage to MinitToWinIt or this website.
5.3. You shall not mirror, iframe, embed, or data-mine MinitToWinIt.
6. General
6.1. Special Reserve Games, Devolver Digital, the Minit development team, LootPots and their Employees, Directors, Members, Owners, and Agents shall not be liable for any technical failures and assume no liability in this regard.
6.2. Special Reserve Games, Devolver Digital, the Minit development team, LootPots and their Employees, Directors, Members, Owners, and Agents shall not be liable for any user-generated content and assume no liability in this regard.
6.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating, the Participant indemnifies, releases and agrees to hold harmless the LootPots, Special Reserve Games, Devolver Digital, the Minit development team and their associated Employees, Directors, Members, Owners, and Agents from any and all claims or liability arising from participating in the competition, any competition-related activity and misuse of any prize.
