The Open Beta for Trials Rising is now available to pre-load from the Nintendo Switch eShop in Europe, Japan, and North America. However, there won’t be much to do right now, as the beta period officially begins on February 21st.

Trials Rising is the latest game in Redlynx’s physics-based racing / platformer series. Just like previous games, players will be tasked with riding motocross bikes across 2.5D tracks, avoiding obstacles, flipping over ramps and breaking bones on the way to the finish line. Trials Rising takes this proven formula, expands upon it, and brings it to a Nintendo platform for the very first time. The latest release will include local / online multiplayer and allows players to make their own custom levels to share with friends online.

The open beta of Trials Rising contains 18 tracks of varying difficulty, so players can get to grips with the basics and test their skills over the 3 day trial period. Players who achieve certain goals in the beta period will also unlock an exclusive Turbo Bike Exhaust, which can be carried over to the full game. During the open beta, players will also be able get a taste of Trial Risings online multiplayer, as 8 tracks will be available to take online.

The Trials Rising Open Beta begins on February 21st and lasts until February 24th. Nintendo Switch owners who want to dive in on day one can pre-load the beta software from the eShop right now. The full release of Trials Rising is set to land on Nintendo Switch on February 26th 2019.
