Timespinner, the time-twisting indie game from Lunar Ray Games, is officially coming to Nintendo Switch and Xbox One. Publisher Chucklefish Games has announced that Timespinner will be launching for both platforms on June 4th 2019.

Timespinner might be one to keep an eye on!
It’s always best to keep your eye open for deadly bosses.

Inspired by 90s action-platformers, Timespinner is story-driven metroivania in which players take on the role of a timekeeper named Lunais. After the Lachiem Empire murders her entire family and destroys the ancient Timespinner, Lunais finds herself transported to an unfamiliar world. Lost and filled with revenge, Lunia sets out on a time-bending quest to bring those responsible to justice.

In Timespinner, players are able to bend time to their advantage and traverse between Lachiem’s past or present. Besides exploring the vast interconnected worlds, time-bending also comes with some strategic combat advantages. Evading foes, discovering hidden treasures, and taking enemies by surprise is all in a day work for Lunia.

Besides some nifty time manipulation, Timespinner also packs a whole heap of other features. Challenges bosses aside, Lunia can befriend mysterious familiars and collect Magic Orbs (that increase in power) to aid her on her journey. Got a player 2? Then why not let them jump in and take control of your familiar in local co-op.

Timespinner will launch for Nintendo Switch and Xbox One on June 4th 2019. Unfortunately, we can’t bend time to make it come sooner, so why not dive into the official Switch trailer while you wait.
