It looks like Overcooked 2 will be getting some free festive DLC soon, as Team17 has teased “something Free-zing” is heading to the game this Winter.
Ghost Town Games and Team17 seem to be continuing their trend of releasing seasonal-themed DLC for Overcooked 2. The latest teaser trailer hints towards brand new Winter inspired content for the chaotic co-op cooking game. While little is currently known about the update, the teaser does showcase what appears to be a brand new level encased in ice.
So far the official statement provided by Team17 simply reads:
Something new is coming to Overcooked! 2. It’s fun, it’s festive and it’s free!
Early this year Overcooked 2 saw the release of it’s paid for Surf ‘n’ Turf DLC, which brought 12 new story levels to the game. However, this time around it looks as though fans will be treated to the latest content without needing to shell out any cash. It is a time of giving after all!
