Indie run ‘n’ gun game Skelly Selest is arriving on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch this month! While PlayStation 4 owners will be able to get the game on May 21 in North America and May 22 for Europe, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One owners will have to wait until May 24 to get their hands on the game.
In Skelly Selest players take control of a Heavenly Keeper and, after a prophecy tells that Hell will release its spawn, must restore order to Earth. The only way to overcome this apocalypse is the Selestial Order! Face challenging enemies and bosses with valour, and remember that precise attacks are crucial in order to defeat the spawn from Hell!
Featuring procedurally-generated environments and touting a “score-attack slash dash run ‘n’ gun-athon” for players to sink their teeth into, Skelly Selest also has a multitude of different modes outside of its main story. Players can look forward to a dungeon crawler mode, an endless arena mode, a boss rush mode, Penitence Trials, and a collectable strategy card game. Explore pixel art environments like Bone Plains and Flesh Gardens with a taste of hellish attitude! Interact with various enemies and bosses in order to unlock character classes and charming hats, while on your journey retrieving items and weaponry in order to survive!
