The build-up to the Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Let’s Go, Eevee! is in full swing with Nintendo announcing a limited edition Pokémon Nintendo Switch console. Officially titled “Pikachu & Eevee Edition”, the themed bundle is set to release in Europe, Japan, and North America on November 16th 2018.
Available to pre-order from Nintendo’s online store now, the bundle includes a Pokémon-themed Switch, Pokéball Plus and a copy of Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! or Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! pre-loaded for $399.99.
Pokémon fans who decide to purchase the limited edition console won’t be disappointed. Unlike previous themed consoles (such as Splatoon 2 or Mario Odyssey) that simply offered some unique Joy-Cons, the Pokémon: Let’s Go console customises a whole lot more.
The front of the Nintendo Switch dock features single-colour graphics of Pikachu and Eevee, while flipping over body of the Switch console reveals multiple silhouettes of both partner Pokémon. Like other franchise bundles, the Joy-Cons have received some special treatment too. The left Joy-Con and strap are styled in Eeevee’s signature colours, with the right representing Pikachu.
The Pokémon: Let’s Go console bundles are available now to pre-order for $399.99 and are set to release alongside the games on November 16th 2018. Both bundles include a limited edition console, Pokéball Plus and a digital copy of Pokémon: Let’s Go Pikachu or Eevee.
