Excitement and rumours about a possible Nintendo Switch release of Persona 5 are once again in full swing. The latest fuel for the fire comes from a new cryptic website update and a special message left within the page’s code.

An official landing page for “P5S” popped up today, featuring the signature calling card of Persona 5’s “Phantom Thieves”. In addition to the website switching over to Atlus’ dedicated servers, the page now features a calling card referencing “1 More” and promising further information on April 25th, 2019.

Digging into the webpage’s source code reveals that there may be more to uncover than initially apparent. An additional message can also be found be found in page’s HTML comments, left intentionally by the site’s developer.

Alongside the recent Joker render from a US retailer and his inclusion as Smash Bros. Ultimate’s first DLC fighter, there’s certainly some smoke surrounding a possible Persona 5 Switch port. Of course, until an official announcement is made though, nothing is certain.

Recently, Atlus unveiled “Persona 5: The Royal” and a new female protagonist. More on P5R is coming on April 24th – just one day prior to the expected reveal of P5S on April 25th, 2019.
