HORI has revealed a new line of Nintendo Switch accessories themed with Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu/Eevee branding. The collection is set to release alongside the upcoming games on November 16th 2018.
Originally rumoured back in July, the Pokémon: Let’s Go accessory line will include a Nintendo Switch hard case, shoulder bag, and Game Cart case (all pictured above). Each of the accessories features illustrations and silhouette designs of Let’s Go cover Pokémon Pikachu and Eevee.
In addition to the cart and carry cases, HORI has also unveiled some new accessories design specifically for the new Poké Ball Plus controller.
The Poké Ball Plus charging stand allows players to showcase and power up their new gadget at the same time. Plugging directly into the Nintendo Switch dock USB port the charging stand provides power to the Poké Ball Plus through an included attachment.
If you’re worried about scratching your Poké Ball Plus, then HORI has come up with a solution for that too. The PC (that’s polycarbonate) Poké Ball Plus cover fits snugly on Poké Ball Plus, adding an additional layer of protection without hindering the controller’s usual operations. As an added bonus, the PC cover is also fully compatible with the Poké Ball Plus charging stand, so you won’t even need to remove it when the battery runs out.
HORI’s new Pokémon: Let’s Go themed accessory line is already available to pre-order in Japan and should be heading to other countries in the upcoming weeks.
